3 Nourishing Summer Drinks
Ingredients
Recipe #1 Ingredients – Iced Keto Green Tea:
- 2-3 organic green tea teabags
- 2 Tbsp grass-fed, unsalted butter
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp organic heavy cream
- 1 scoop Organixx Clean Sourced Collagens powder
- 3 cups ice cubes
Recipe #2 Ingredients – Revitalizing Green Mint Smoothie:
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 kiwi
- 3-4 large mint leaves
- ½ tsp matcha tea powder
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- 1 Organixx ProBiotixx+ capsule, opened
Recipe #3 Ingredients – Refreshing Cucumber Orange Smoothie:
- 1 cup coconut water
- 2 large handfuls of fresh spinach
- 1 navel orange
- 1 ripe banana, frozen
- 1 inch of fresh ginger, peeled
- ½ cucumber
- Garnish with a pinch of cinnamon
- 2-3 capsules of Multi-Vita-Maxx, opened (optional)
Instructions
Recipe #1 Instructions – Iced Keto Green Tea:
- Brew tea using your favorite type of green tea (doubling the amount).
- Place tea, coconut oil, heavy cream, collagen powder, and butter to blender container. Blend well.
- Place the blended tea mixture in freezer for 2-3 hours or refrigerate overnight.
- Put the chilled tea mixture back in blender along with ice cubes. Blend until well combined. Enjoy
