Ingredients
Chana Masala:
- Dried chickpeas
- 1 black tea bag
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 small onion or ½ large onion
- 2 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 3 green chilis
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp paprika
- 3 Tbsp yogurt
- A little bit of water to prevent sticking
- Salt to taste
Raita:
- 1 ½ cup organic Greek yogurt
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 small cucumber
- Pinch of paprika
