Fresh & Tangy Peach Probiotic Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 banana
- 3⁄4 cup frozen peaches
- 1⁄2 cup goat milk kefir OR yogurt
- 1 cup almond OR coconut milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice OR cinnamon
- Scoop of bone broth protein or Organixx Clean Sourced Collagens
- Vanilla extract and stevia to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth, adding extra liquid if needed.
