Coconut cream is what rises to the top of a can of full-fat coconut milk if you place it in the fridge for several hours. Open the can and scoop out the solid “cream” that has risen to the top.
There are over 300 varieties of garlic grown around the world. It is considered both a vegetable and an herb and is clinically proven to support the immune system.
Kale is a powerful detoxifier, supports heart health, and is anti-inflammatory, antiviral, and antibacterial.
Leeks are an excellent source of several nutrients, including vitamin C, calcium, and vitamin K. A single leek contains 46% of the RDA for vitamin K and 14% of the RDA for vitamin C.
Enzymes in fresh lemon juice accelerate the digestive process. Even though lemon juice is acidic, it actually has an alkalizing effect on the body.
Liquid aminos/coconut aminos – Liquid aminos are made from soybeans, while coconut aminos are made from coconut. They are most often used as healthier alternatives to soy or tamari sauce as they are MSG-free as well as gluten-free.
Mushrooms inhibit an enzyme called aromatase, which produces estrogen. The common button mushroom has some of the strongest anti-aromatase activity.
Pure olive oil is high in nutrients including vitamins D, E, K, and A as well as omega-3 fatty acids. For the highest quality, look for organic extra virgin olive oil in dark glass bottles or tins that have an expiry date.

I made this soup on the weekend. Considering how much I detest canned cream of mushroom soup, I am pleased and surprised with how much I love this soup. I went fairly light on the liquid aminos and used about 3 TBSP total -- with this amount I didn't find it too salty at all. I didn't have any fresh lemons on hand the day I made it so used a few drops of Organixx lemon essential oil for flavor. (Tip: The lemon really makes the dish!) I just had some leftovers for lunch and squeezed an additional 1/8 of a lemon into it and topped with some freshly ground pepper. Delicious!!
