Y Ceylon cinnamon ? It has gotten a bad rap especially in larger doses.
What is your reasoning for Ceylon instead of other
cinnamon?
Marylin Bard says
Very expensive recipe . Just more to buy.
That's a lot of cream.
Something less expensive than a $50 drink?
Ranno says
Is there a price label for your health?
Lisa says
How rude! Many people would gladly spend as much as they needed for perfect health but their finances don’t allow that. Blessings to all for optimal health and happiness!

Hi How much does this cost please.
Rebecca Singletary says
How much do all of those different powder cost, I live on a fix income, and I don't have that kind of money, and buy food for the other's, cause they're not, gonna drink that stuff, but I will, but my income not that much, is their any other, cheaper, items that I can buy, let me know I have the Ceyanne pepper, and I have cinnamon
Janet Bolton says
Hi Walt,
My research tells me both Ceylon & Cassia cinnamon contains several bioactive compounds that prevent tau build up, a characteristic of Alzheimer's, in our brain.
On the other hand, Cassia (common) cinnamon contains the compound coumarin, which is toxic to the liver, kidneys & lungs. Cancer is also a cancer. It is recommended to use no more than 0.05 mg/lbs body weight. If my conversion is correct, That would be 1½ tsp for a 150 lb person.
Ceylon cinnamon also contains coumarin, but it is only 0.004% compared to 1% in Cassia cinnamon.
I use a lot of Ceylon cinnamon, so if you know of any negative health effects please share!
Linda says
How does Saigon cinnamon compare to those two cinnamons?
Joy says
The message to Walt states "Cancer is also a cancer." Did I miss something here? Thanks!
Customer Service says
Hello Walt, thanks for your feedback.
We understand your concerns about using Ceylon cinnamon. It is a great ingredient as it contains anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antimicrobial effects. To add, online sources state that taking moderate amount of Ceylon cinnamon is safe, which is from one up to two and a half teaspoons (5 grams).
With this, please feel free to substitute your preferred cinnamon or other ingredients for this drink. We love it when our followers add their own twist to our published recipes. We hope this helped and we wish you the best!

My morning drink is butter coffee with collagen so this will be just a bit more....
Lisa Owens says
What is butter coffee? Never heard of it? Is it organic?
Ranno says
Butter coffee is a coffe with added butter. It may be organic or toxic, depending of your ingredients. You're welcome to use search engines and your own "head processor".
Customer Service says
