Healthy Fruit Popsicles with Protein
Ingredients
Chocolate Banana Protein Popsicles
- 1 scoop of chocolate bone broth protein or Organixx Clean Sourced Collagens
- ½ banana
- 1 can (13-½ oz/400 ml) coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp cacao powder (optional for more intense chocolate flavor)
Tropical Fruity Protein Popsicles
- 1 scoop of vanilla bone broth protein or Organixx Clean Sourced Collagens
- ¼ cup your choice of frozen fruit (e.g., cherries, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, peaches)
- 1 drop lemon or orange essential oil
- 1-2 Tbsp honey (optional for added sweetness)
- 1 can (13-½ oz/400 ml) coconut milk
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients for the chosen recipe in a blender. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
- Enjoy!
