  • 1 cup strongly-brewed organic coffee

Comments

  1. I love pumpkin anything and this is scrumptious, bone warming, and the scent gives the air in the kitchen a Fall wholesomeness.

    • Hi Sandra, that's an excellent question. Most collagen supplements are from animal products, so we highly suggest you to search plant-based supplements or sources that boost the collagen amino acids instead. We hope you find the best one that fits your needs!

  2. What are the ingredients in your pumpkin pie spice blend please, and their ratios? No such thing in my country :-( but would love to make this!

    • Hi Cinthia! Pumpkin pie spice is typically a blend of cinnamon, ginger, cloves. nutmeg, etc.

One of our favorite recipes for pumpkin pie spice is:

      3 Tablespoons Ground Cinnamon

      2 teaspoons Ground Ginger

      2 teaspoons Nutmeg

      1-1/2 teaspoon Ground Allspice

      1-1/2 teaspoon Ground Cloves

      Hope that helps!

      • Thanks. I have been wondering for some time now what ingredients are in a pumpkin spice blend. Much appreciated.

  3. You suggested adding collagen to hot drinks and described a coffee. I do not drink coffee. Could I add collagen to hot tea, sweetened with stevia?

    • Hi Charlotte! Yes, you may personalize this recipe and use the hot drink of your choice, while keeping in mind the changes in taste and the over-all result due to the substitution of ingredient/s. Let us know how yours turned up!

      • Good question Charlotte. I also don't drink coffee due to the nasty side effects it has on my body. If you follow up, please share what type of tea you used with this recipe.
