Feel Good Raw Cacao Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- ½ cup chia seeds (soaked in 2 cups of spring water for 30 minutes)
- 1 small handful kale (center stem removed)
- ½ cup raw cacao powder
- ¼ cup raw cold-pressed coconut oil
- ¼ cup raw honey or maple syrup
- ¼ cup nut milk
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
- Pinch of cayenne pepper powder
- Generous pinch of Himalayan or sea salt
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Garnish with cacao nibs.
- Enjoy!
