Ingredients
- ¼ cup old-fashioned oats (raw)
- ½ medium banana
- ½ cup mango or plain kefir
- ¾ cup frozen mango
- ¾ cup frozen strawberries
- ¾ cup almond milk
- 2-3 capsules of Multi-Vita-Maxx, opened
Instructions
- Blend until desired consistency.

Is there a recommended dosage of multi-vita- max for children? For liquid or capsules? We would like to build the immune system for the children. Is there a better supplement for that?
